Educate

Bring your team up the curve on AI, properly and quickly.

Most AI education either over-explains the technology (and bores the leaders) or under-explains it (and leaves them no better equipped to decide anything). Educate is for organisations that want their leadership team, board, or wider workforce to actually understand AI – well enough to use it confidently, question it intelligently, and lead through it. No theatre. No buzzword bingo. Just the actual knowledge they need.

Times when a proper briefing changes the room

Usually one of these is happening:

  • Your leadership team is making AI decisions without a shared understanding of what AI actually is, what it can and can’t do, or where it’s heading. They need to be on the same page.
  • You’re hiring or restructuring and you need everyone aligned on how AI changes the shape of the roles you’re filling.
  • Your wider team is using AI tools quietly (whether you know it or not) and you’d rather equip them properly than pretend it isn’t happening. You want AI literacy, clear guardrails, and the confidence to use it well.
  • Your board has questions they’re reluctant to ask out loud, and a structured briefing would shift the quality of every AI conversation you have with them for the next year.

We shape it to your people

Educate isn’t a curriculum we run at organisations. It’s work designed for the specific people in the room, the specific decisions they’re facing, and the specific industry they operate in. That takes a lot of forms.

For some clients it’s a single focused workshop, half a day with the leadership team on a particular question. For others it’s a board briefing that fits inside an existing meeting cadence. For a few it’s a multi-session program, three to six sessions over a quarter, working through strategy, capability, application, and governance in sequence. We’ve run sessions for senior leaders who’d never used ChatGPT and sessions for technical teams already deep into model selection. The content, the depth, and the pace are calibrated each time.

What this kind of work costs

Educate is priced per program. A single workshop is a fixed price. A multi-session curriculum or board program is quoted as a program, with optional ongoing components. The shape of your audience and the complexity of your industry are the main variables. A one-day session for a retail leadership team costs differently from a six-session program for a financial services board. We scope and quote firmly once we know the brief.
