Lyko is a trading name of Spoutlogic Pty Ltd (referred to in this policy as we, us or our). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through lyko.com.au and how we use it. The short version is that we collect very little.

What we collect

The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to share through our contact form. This typically includes your name, email address and details about your business and enquiry. If you book a call through the scheduling tool embedded on our site, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information through analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. This is gathered through Google Analytics and only with your consent, which you can give or withhold through the cookie banner when you first visit the site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare for conversations you have booked with us and, where relevant, follow up on our discussions. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.

Storage and security

Our website is hosted in Australia. Information submitted through the site is stored securely and accessed only for the purposes described above. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any ongoing relationship that follows.

Third party services

We use a small number of third party services to run the site, including our hosting provider, Google Analytics and Calendly. Each handles data under its own privacy policy, and some may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction
